Product Return Policy
Our return policy for all products is as follows:
This Website will, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product purchased using our services within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If a customer requests a return and the return is approved, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, in part or whole. Returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for return.

When a product is returned, the customer generally receives a full refund minus the shipping cost to get the product to the customer. The customer is also responsible for the shipping of the product back to this Website. This Website reserves the right to issue a refund for less than the full purchase price on her sole discretion if the product is not in perfect condition.

All photographs are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-returnable. This is because once inscribed, they cannot be sold to someone else.

Cancellation Policy
A customer may not cancel an order once placed. This is due to the fact that all products will be immediately shipped and the cancellation request may be received after a photograph has already been inscribed with a particular name. Other products may be drop-shipped so that it would be impossible to stop it from shipping once it is ordered.

Reasons why a purchase may be refunded
This Website have every intention to keep customers happy by providing quality products and services. To promote customer satisfaction, this Website reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:

  • If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within 30 days of purchase;
  • If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
  • In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, payment processor terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents; or
